What is a Digital Planner?
A digital planner is an electronic tool used for organizing tasks, setting goals, and managing schedules. It works similarly to a paper planner but offers more flexibility and convenience through features like syncing with other digital calendars, reminders, and easy customization.
What Do I Need to Get Started?
In addition to your iPad or tablet, having an Apple Pencil or stylus can be very beneficial. If you prefer typing, a keyboard can also be useful. Basic knowledge of your preferred note-taking app (such as GoodNotes or Notability) will help you get started smoothly.
How Do I Use the Hyperlinks in My Digital Planner?
Most apps have a reading mode that you must enter to click the links. Alternatively, you can long-press and click “Open Link” in GoodNotes. Here’s how to use reading mode in an app like GoodNotes.
How Do I Access the Free Downloads?
Go to the claim page and provide your email address to receive the free version (the free version has limited features, including only basic content).
My Hyperlinks Are Not Working. What Do I Do?
First, make sure you are in reading mode. Alternatively, if using GoodNotes, you can long-press and click “Open Link” to navigate your digital planner. Here are step-by-step instructions from GoodNotes on switching to reading mode. If you are already in reading mode, note that digital planner hyperlinks may break if pages are deleted.
Therefore, it is recommended to never delete pages. If pages have been deleted, you will need to recover them from the trash bin or redownload and import a fresh copy of the planner.Additionally, make sure that your app is up to date.
I'm Getting an 'Unsupported File Type' Error
This error usually means that the file format you are trying to import is not supported by the app. Make sure to use compatible file formats, such as PDF or PNG for note-taking apps. If you are trying to import a .zip file, remember to unzip it first before attempting to import.
I’m getting a 'POSIX' error
Please be sure that you are only importing compatible file types for the app you are using. In general, .zip files are incompatible with note-taking apps and will need to be unzipped prior to importing your files.
I’m experiencing lags, glitches, or bugs
Unfortunately, this is due to bugs or glitches related to the app you are using. Digital planners are simply documents, so they won’t experience glitches, non-loading pages, etc.

My stickers appear glitched
Unfortunately, this is due to the GoodNotes 6 update. We are working tirelessly to update any stickers affected by the GoodNotes 6, since unfortunately, we are still waiting for an update on this fix from the GoodNotes team themselves. Once an update is available that fixes the glitching stickers due to the GoodNotes 6 update, you’ll receive an email with the updated files.
